The Customized Machines include equipment manufactured for customers according to customer drawings and samples, such as cut-to-length machines, slitting lines and Special-shaped Profile Roll Forming Machines, etc. Among them, the Special-shaped Profile Roll Forming Machine is a highly customized and technology-intensive cold-rolling equipment, which is specially used to produce metal profiles with complex cross-sectional shapes, non-standardization, special functions or aesthetic requirements (i.e. "profiles"). 

It represents the most difficult and flexible branch of cold-rolling technology, and is the core equipment that meets the needs of personalized, small-batch, high-value-added metal profile manufacturing. 

Core features of Special-shaped Profile Roll Forming Machine: Compared with standard profile roll forming machine, it has the following significant features: 

1). High customization: 

Unique roll mold: Each set of molds is specially designed and manufactured for specific profile sections, which is the core value of the equipment; 

Flexible and adjustable equipment structure: The number of racks, roll arrangement, and drive/auxiliary unit configuration need to be customized according to the complexity of the product; 

2). Ultra-high precision requirements: 

The cumulative tolerance control of complex sections is more stringent (usually ±0.1mm or even higher). 

The requirements for roll processing accuracy (concentricity, surface finish), rack rigidity, and transmission stability are extremely high. 

3). Multi-dimensional forming capability: 

It can achieve multi-directional synchronous/sequential bending such as horizontal + vertical + torsion. 

It can process strips with pre-punched holes/cuts/embossing (integrated auxiliary units are required). 

4). Adaptability to complex materials: 

In addition to common steel and aluminum, stainless steel, copper alloy, titanium alloy or composite materials are often required to be processed. 

It can cope with special material characteristics such as high strength, high hardness or high ductility. 

5). "Small batch, multiple varieties" orientation: 

Although it is also used for large batches, its core competitiveness lies in the efficient switching production of a variety of different profiles (through fast roller change or modular design). 

6). Integration and intelligence: 

More dependent on online detection systems (laser ranging, visual recognition) to monitor the forming quality in real time. 

Advanced motion control (multi-axis servo linkage) ensures the synchronization accuracy of complex deformation.
