Flexible and adjustable equipment structure: The number of racks, roll arrangement, and drive/auxiliary unit configuration need to be customized according to the complexity of the product;
2). Ultra-high precision requirements:
The cumulative tolerance control of complex sections is more stringent (usually ±0.1mm or even higher).
The requirements for roll processing accuracy (concentricity, surface finish), rack rigidity, and transmission stability are extremely high.
3). Multi-dimensional forming capability:
It can achieve multi-directional synchronous/sequential bending such as horizontal + vertical + torsion.
It can process strips with pre-punched holes/cuts/embossing (integrated auxiliary units are required).
4). Adaptability to complex materials:
In addition to common steel and aluminum, stainless steel, copper alloy, titanium alloy or composite materials are often required to be processed.
It can cope with special material characteristics such as high strength, high hardness or high ductility.
5). "Small batch, multiple varieties" orientation:
Although it is also used for large batches, its core competitiveness lies in the efficient switching production of a variety of different profiles (through fast roller change or modular design).
