The door frame roll forming machine is a cold-bending and rolling-forming machine specifically designed for producing door and window frames (such as the frames of steel security doors, fire doors, garage doors, and industrial doors). It uses multiple precision rollers to continuously cold-bend metal strip (commonly galvanized steel, color-coated steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy) to efficiently and accurately produce the complex closed or semi-closed cross-section profiles required for door frames.

  • Core Components:

    Uncoiler and Leveler: Uncoils the metal coil and eliminates curling stress, ensuring a smooth transition into the forming area.

    Guide Feeder: Precisely guides the strip into the first set of rolls to prevent deviation.

    Main Forming Unit (Core Component): Multiple sets of rolls are arranged in a sequential process sequence to gradually roll the flat sheet into the door frame cross-section.

    Inline Punching Unit (Optional): Punches keyholes, hinge holes, or drainage holes simultaneously during the forming process, reducing subsequent steps.

    Servo Cutting System: High-precision tracking cutting (flying saw/hydraulic shear), resulting in smooth, burr-free cuts with a length error of ≤±0.5mm.

    Automatic Stacker: Stacks or conveys finished door frames, supports counting and packaging.

    PLC Control System with Touchscreen Operation: Set parameters (length/speed/quantity), monitor operating status in real time, and perform fault diagnosis.
