The materials produced by the roll forming machines are widely used in areas such as construction, decorations, office furniture, household electric appliances, etc. A cold roll forming machine can form various kinds of black and colored metal materials. The production speed can be from 2 meters per minute to 50 meters per minute

Tolerance of cold roll forming

The size tolerance of the product produced by a roll forming machine depends on the raw material’s width, thickness, the roller material, tooling quality, machine condition, and the operator’s skill level. The tolerance of the cross-section is normally kept in 0.25mm~0.6mm.
