The CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine is a highly automated industrial machine specifically designed for the efficient and continuous production of C/Z-section purlins. The 80-300 type fully automatic CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine is a specialized machine with more advanced technology and a more complex forming process. It is designed specifically for the production of high-performance CZ-section composite purlins.  Using a highly automated cold roll-forming process (possibly combined with in-line joining technology), it continuously processes steel strip into various CZ profiles with a total height ranging from 80mm to 300mm.   • Similar to the C-type machine, this means the equipment features fully automated functions:

    Automatic Uncoil Feeding: The steel coil is automatically unwound, leveled, and fed into the forming line.

    Automatic Roll Forming: Program-controlled, multi-pass precision rolling.

    Automatic Cutting to Length: High-speed flying saws or hydraulic shears perform precise cutting in continuous motion, ensuring uninterrupted production.

    Automatic Discharging/Stacking: Finished products are automatically conveyed, counted, and neatly stacked.

    PLC Intelligent Control: Parameters (specifications, length, quantity, hole positions, etc.) are set via the touchscreen, and the system automatically executes and monitors the entire process.
