Main Components
Uncoiler: Support and unfold the steel coil.
Leveler: Eliminate the initial bending and wavy shape of the steel coil to ensure that the material entering the forming machine is straight.
Guide and feed device: Guide the steel strip to accurately enter the first forming roller.
Cold roll forming main machine (core): Contains multiple groups (usually dozens of groups) of forming roller frames. The rollers arranged up and down or horizontally on each roller frame gradually bend the straight steel strip into the final cross-section.
Size cutting system: When the continuous profile reaches the preset length after forming, high-precision cutting is performed (common methods include hydraulic flying saw, pneumatic punching, servo tracking sawing, etc.).
Discharging/receiving/stacking device: Collect, stack or convey the finished products after cutting.
Control system: Modern equipment usually uses PLC or CNC control to achieve automatic operation, parameter setting, length setting, fault diagnosis, etc.
