Equipment Components
1). Hydraulic Uncoiler: Supports high-strength steel coils; features high-torque hydraulic expansion/contraction and a damping braking system.
2). Multi-roller Heavy-duty Leveling & Feeding Unit: Effectively eliminates internal stress in high-strength steel (G550) and ensures the flat sheet enters the main forming unit with high precision.
3). Servo Pre-punching System (Optional): Punches installation holes (for connecting T-shaped fixed brackets) at preset intervals while the material is still flat.
4). Main Roll-forming Unit (Core Component): Features a robust, thickened integral frame structure and 18–22 progressive forming stations. The main shafts are made of large-diameter, high-strength alloy steel subjected to precision heat treatment (quenching and tempering) to withstand the immense lateral forces generated during the forming of extra-high ribs.
5). Cut-to-Length System: Standard hydraulic shear ensures the high-rib profile at the panel ends remains free from crushing or deformation.
6). PLC Fully Automatic Control System: Equipped with an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) to achieve precise closed-loop control of forming speed, punching intervals, and cutting length.
Standard Process Flow:
Uncoiling → Leveling & Feeding → (Pre-punching) → 18–22 Station Roll Forming → Cut-to-Length (Flying Saw or Hydraulic Shear) → Finished Product Discharge
