Equipment Components
1). Hydraulic Uncoiler: Supports and expands the color-coated steel coil; equipped with a damping brake to ensure constant strip tension during output.
2). Servo Feeding and Pre-punching System: Utilizes a high-precision servo feeding mechanism combined with a flat-sheet pre-punching process.
3). Roll Forming Main Unit (Core Technology): Features a heavy-duty, thickened wall-plate/arch-frame structure and is equipped with 14–18 stages of progressive forming rollers.
Roller Technology: Roller surfaces are machined via 5-axis CNC to precisely replicate the complex, varying curvatures of "barrel tile arcs" and "edge folds," rather than using simple arc turning. Roller surfaces undergo mirror polishing and hard chrome plating (or tungsten carbide spraying) to ensure zero scratching of the color-coated finish, even under significant deformation.
Anti-deflection Design: To withstand the immense lateral forces exerted on the rollers by the S-shaped profile, the main shafts utilize large-diameter (≥φ85mm) alloy steel, ensuring perfect height symmetry between the left and right sides of the arch.
Hydraulic Profile-Following Cutter (Key Differentiator): Replaces traditional straight-blade shears with a curved die that perfectly matches the finished profile (profile-following punch-shear). Vertical cutting along the tile contour ensures the arc at the tile end remains intact, without flattening or corner collapse.
4). PLC Fully Automatic Dual-Mode Control System: Features integrated logic algorithms for both fixed-length cutting and fixed-pitch punching. Production length and quantity are set via a one-touch interface; the system includes automatic fault diagnosis and counting functions.
Standard Process Flow:
Uncoiling → Precision servo positioning → Pre-punching of flat sheets → Multi-pass S-curve roll forming → Hydraulic profile cutting → Finished product stacking and unloading
Application Areas
The metal glazed tiles produced by this equipment are widely used in projects requiring high aesthetic standards for building exteriors:
Cultural tourism and heritage-style architecture: Visitor centers in scenic areas, commercial streets in historic towns, renovation of temples and Taoist shrines, and Chinese-style garden clubhouses.
High-end residential real estate: Sloped roofing systems for detached villas, townhouses, resort hotels, and estate-style clubhouses.
Urban renewal and beautification: "Flat-to-sloped" roof conversion projects for older residential communities, antique-style facade renovations for street-facing buildings, bus shelters, and park pavilions.
