3). Servo Punching System: Equipped with multi-station adjustable punches; it can punch elongated connection holes in the web (for C-profiles) or switch to punching round holes in the flanges (for U-profiles) to meet various installation requirements.
4). Roll Forming Main Unit (Core Section): Features an integral arch-style frame and is equipped with 14–18 progressive forming passes. The final 4–6 passes consist of movable side-rolling units; a worm-gear or hydraulic drive adjusts the lateral feed to control the curvature of the flange lips, serving as the key mechanism for profile switching.
5). Hydraulic Shear/Cut-off Machine: Utilizes a shearing action to produce clean, burr-free cuts, eliminating the need for secondary processing.
6). PLC Fully Automatic Control System: Features an HMI touchscreen and built-in parameter libraries for both C and U profiles; one-touch operation allows for synchronized adjustment of roll gaps and punching positions.

3. Core Performance and Technical Advantages
1). Dual-mode capability for flexible production: The equipment supports rapid switching between C-profile and U-profile production modes within 15–25 minutes, eliminating the need to dismantle or replace the entire roll set. This enables enterprises to flexibly handle urgent orders and production requirements involving multiple specifications and small batch sizes, significantly increasing the equipment's annual effective operating time.
2). Precision profile forming control: To address the industry challenge of flange springback (widening of the opening) inherent in U-profiles—which lack the restraint of folded edges—the adjustable roll assembly at the machine's exit features an over-bending compensation function. By presetting an inward tilt angle of 2°–3° during the final forming stage, the system utilizes the metal's natural springback characteristics to counteract deformation, ensuring the verticality error of the finished profile's flanges remains ≤1.5 mm/m.
3). Balanced rigidity and stability: Although the exit-stage rollers are movable components, the main machine housing—constructed from integral cast steel or welded thick steel plate and subjected to vibration aging treatment—effectively mitigates vibration issues when forming thick plates (≥3.0 mm), thereby ensuring long-term operational stability.
4). Surface protection: The cold-forming process preserves the integrity of the galvanized layer or color coating on the steel strip, maintaining the profile's original corrosion resistance.
