However, if we are more diligent and rigorous during equipment acceptance, such problems can be avoided to a large extent. If problems are discovered, customers can promptly report them to the manufacturer, request modifications, or even return the product directly.

So, what should we pay attention to when inspecting a roll forming machine?

Measuring the accuracy of the formed product. Product accuracy is a key indicator of the overall equipment's quality. Whether the accuracy meets the standard indicates whether the roll forming machine's roller design is satisfactory or whether the commissioning was successful. If any of these two items fail, they should be addressed at the manufacturer.
Inspect the equipment material and electrical appliance brands to ensure they meet the contract specifications. The materials mentioned here primarily refer to the rolls used in the cold-rolled rolls. High-quality roll materials, along with excellent heat treatment and machining processes, will extend the life of the entire equipment. The brand of electrical appliances determines the stability of the circuit control system and should be configured strictly in accordance with the contract specifications.
Inspect automated production. Poor continuity in automated production can affect production efficiency or even prevent production altogether. Therefore, purchase a large number of steel coils and conduct a trial run at the production facility.
Inspect the quality of punching and cutting dies. Verify that punching and cutting meet standards and check for excessive burrs. Verify that the die material is of qualified quality.
Five, inspect the product's surface finish and straightness. These indicators affect the product's appearance at sale. Any failures should be fully addressed at the manufacturer.

When customers discover problems with the equipment, they should first ask the factory to resolve the problem and then take the machine away after it passes re-inspection.
