Functionality is streamlined: Focuses solely on unwinding and leveling, lacking advanced features like automatic web correction, tension control, and precision slitting.
Low Cost: The price is approximately 1/5 to 1/3 of a fully automatic leveling line (typically tens of thousands of RMB).
Low Power Consumption: The motor power is relatively low (typically 11kW to 30kW), making it suitable for small workshops.
Typical Structure:
Unwind Stand: A simple cone-shaped or cantilevered structure with a manually expanding and contracting reel to secure the coil.
Feeder Platform: Manually guides the strip head into the leveling machine.
Leveling Unit: The core unit, containing 5 to 9 leveling rollers (fewer than on advanced models), corrects deformation through roller bending.
Shearing Device:
Hydraulic Shears: Low cost and easy maintenance, suitable for thicknesses ≤3mm (the mainstream choice).
Pneumatic Shears: Even more affordable, suitable only for sheet metal ≤1.5mm (prone to deformation).
Shearing Rack: Receives the leveled sheets for manual handling and stacking.
