Production Process:
Uncoiling and Leveling: The aluminum alloy roll is unwound and leveled to eliminate curling stress and ensure a flat material entering the forming section.
Material Guiding: The material is smoothly and accurately fed into the forming unit.
Continuous Cold Roll Forming: The material passes through multiple sets of carefully arranged forming rollers. Each set of rollers applies a specific bending force to the material, gradually shaping it to the final tile profile. This is the core component of the equipment.
Cutting/Sizing: Continuously formed tile material is precisely cut to the desired length. Hydraulic shears or servo shears are commonly used.
Stacking/Collecting: Cut finished PV tiles are automatically stacked neatly for packaging and shipping.
